tlavergne It is very easy to get started using this social bookmarking tool. Its free and easy and can generate massive traffic to your site. You start by submitting your story/content to Digg. People will then start voting if they like it. The more votes you get the more your traffic will increase.
1. Write interesting content
2. Give that title some flare and make it stand out
3. Try to make the content as current as possible.
4. use Digg.com as network tool and use the “add friend” button on the users profile page
5. Create a top ten list. Digg users love these.

I found it is very difficult to get ranked well with Digg. I would start with other places. Once you get a bit of traffic you can after a Digg link so your users can digg you. Doing it yourself will not get you any traffic.
